Bookshop
The Bookshop is located in the ALB offices at 34 Rose Tce Wayville.
Offering a range of Latvian books, music, greeting cards, newspaper and magazine susbcriptions, at "Latviesu Gramatnica" you can also buy Latvian Arts and Crafts.
There are four sections of books.
One is dedicated to school texts, and another to Latvian langauge books.
A third section offers English language books for sale and the fourth section is for books to be loaned.
The bookshop is open from 10am-12 noon on Saturdays.
Library
The Latvian library collection inside the Latvian Hall at Wayville numbers more than 3,500 books.
Ranging from historical tomes to art, novels and sport, the library also features a collection of newspapers and magazines regularly imported from Latvia and the US.
Old books are also sent back to Latvia where they are donated to charities and schools.
The library is open each Saturday morning from 9:30am-12 noon.
